I also have extensive experience in short term rentals in Oregon. My family and I love living on the Oregon Coast, the weather is really mild most the year with normal temperatures around the mid-upper 60's pretty much year round. Hiking and exploring up and down Hwy 101 is some of my favorite activities and heading into Portland or Salem for an event is an easy 1-2 hour drive.
