I have been managing rental properties for 5 years. My time management skills assist with managing multiple properties at a time in a timely fashion. Tenant satisfaction is a top priority in this line of work to ensure low turnover rates. Previous and current tenants would say that I am easy to talk to, understanding, but also about business and respond to complaints in a timely manner. I strive to keep a record of cost effective, but high quality handy men, lawn care workers, plumbers and electricians if owners do not have their own. Previous and current clients will describe me as reliable, trustworthy, responsible and a great asset to them. My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly so owners can spend their focus on other endeavors. Most of my clients own property, but don't actually have time to run and maintain them, that is where I come in. My clients enjoy the leisure of just collecting their money and only being contacted when it is time to make major decisions.
