In some way shape or form, I've been involved in the real estate industry since 2007. I actually began my career as a leasing agent for a multi-family property management company in Cincinnati. After two years of leasing, I moved to Assistant Property Manager where I continued leasing but also took on additional duties like filing evictions, managing team members and more. Shortly thereafter, I obtained a marketing position at the corporate office and stayed with that company for another seven years overseeing marketing, training and advertising for 7,500+ units throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Texas. In 2016, I became a licensed real estate salesperson and now help buyers, sellers and investors with any of their real estate needs. After selling over 150+ investment properties, I decided to get back to my roots and add property management as a service to my clients. Unfortunately, property managers come in all shapes and sizes. They also come in good, bad and ugly as well. I went back into property management services simply because I saw one too many manager's charging high fees and offering poor service. My goal is to always be up front and transparent, open with communication and a quick problem solver when the need arises. Afterall, maintenance satisfaction is the number one reason tenants choose to stay or choose to go. Maintaining a great relationship with tenants can ensure the property is well taken care of and can increase the change of getting a lease renewal which saves time and money for the owner.

Moraine is a city in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. The population was 19,509 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area. Moraine is home to Moraine Park, a 1,600-acre (6.5 km2) nature preserve. The city is also home to the Moraine Assembly Plant, a General Motors assembly plant that opened in 1981 and currently produces the Chevrolet Captiva Sport, Cadillac CTS, and Chevrolet Equinox.
