Since 2006, I have honed my skills to become a well-respected REALTOR in my community. To do that, I determined to completely understand my client's objective as a Buyer or Seller. I provided relevant and timely information to help clients make informed decisions whether buying or selling real estate. Over time, I built a network of reliable resources including mortgage loan lenders, home inspections, home warranties, title companies and vendors. Then, I added property management as an extension of my services for a client who inadvertently became an investor, which led to me doing the same thing for another client, after his second home purchase with me as his Buyer's Agent. In March 2020, as we headed into the COVID 19 shutdown, I launched my own property management company -- ABOVE PAR REAL ESTATE SERVICES, which serves 2-4 multi-family units and single-family homes.
