I have been licensed since 2012 and over the years I've learned an extensive amount of knowledge of the Kansas City Market and have assisted in the sale of hundred of homes. As an agent, my specialties include working with first-time homebuyers, investors, and sellers; though I am capable of anything you throw at me in terms of Real Estate. As a property manager, my specialties include tenant placement, inspections, lease signing & renewals, renovations, repairs, rent collection, rental assistance, Section 8 & more.
