I guess real estate has been in my blood since I was little. Dad taught me how to nail down subfloor when I was about 10! Parents loved to build our houses. Mom became a Realtor in Hawaii, which is where I grew up. I earned my degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and then returned to Hawaii to work in technology and banking as a Consultant, Marketing Director and Market Planning Manager. Marriage took me to Northern California where I began my real estate career. I took to it like a duck to water. I love to live outside the box and do everything I can to excel and have people marvel at the results I can produce. That led me to being successful in my sales career, but then having a long career in Brokerage Management. I was always able to keep my hands on the client interaction since my husband had taken over the sales side of the business while I managed. In 2017 I moved back home to Hawaii where I turned my experience into running the Agent Coaching and Training programs for two large brokerages. I returned to doing some listing and sales during that time. I can't help it. The appreciation of happy clients just floats my boat! In 2023, I founded my own Brokerage and began doing Property Management. I am still not afraid to get my hands dirty doing what it takes to get a property ready to get top dollar and happy renters with less hassles.
