Born outside of Lima, Peru, Rose Alexander grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and went to a four-year university in the city. She relocated to the Tampa, Florida with her family after completing post-secondary schooling and has since lived, worked, and personally invested in many areas around the Tampa Bay area.
