In some way shape or form, I've been involved in the real estate industry since 2007. I actually began my career as a leasing agent for a multi-family property management company in Cincinnati. After two years of leasing, I moved to Assistant Property Manager where I continued leasing but also took on additional duties like filing evictions, managing team members and more. Shortly thereafter, I obtained a marketing position at the corporate office and stayed with that company for another seven years overseeing marketing, training and advertising for 7,500+ units throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Texas. In 2016, I became a licensed real estate salesperson and now help buyers, sellers and investors with any of their real estate needs. After selling over 150+ investment properties, I decided to get back to my roots and add property management as a service to my clients. Unfortunately, property managers come in all shapes and sizes.
