Room is approximately 10 x 10 ft. Has own private bath that is located outside of the bedroom. Kitchen is shared. There is also another room for rent on the same floor, currently vacant. You can have your pick if both are open, each with their own bathroom. Room currently not furnished and you are welcome to bring your own or I can help out.

WiFi is included. Utilities are not covered and will be split among other roommates in the home.

Prefer 6-12month lease, but can consider shorter leases or month to month.

This home is my family home growing up. I currently live and work in Los Angeles as a physician. My other family members are currently living out of town but we do occasionally come back to to live on the 3rd floor and 1 other room on the second floor. In the future, the 3rd floor will also eventually be rented out.
