REQUIREMENTS:
We require all applicants to have a minimum credit score of 620 & make an income of at least three times the rent amount. Upon further screening of your application, there will be a mandatory background check. There is a $40 fee that is nonrefundable per applicant for the background check.
SECTION 8 APPLICANTS:
We do accept applications from section 8 voucher holders. You must have a voucher-4 You must also run the Fresno housing affordability calculator online to see if your income requirements will support the desired rent payment. You must also know your TTP/30% details to run the calculator. If you do not have that information, I suggest that you reach out to your caseworker directly. PETS:
We allow small breed dogs that weigh less than 40 pounds. We only allow up to two dogs. There is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit required per dog. We do not allow cats.
