Requirements:

• All 4 occupants must be on the lease and complete their own application.
• Roommate agreements available to split rents.
• Co-signers are required since many students do not have the required credit scores.
• Renters insurance is required. In most cases, the co-signers (parents) can add this to their homeowner’s policy for a minimal amount.
• A deposit is required and not applicable to your first month’s rent. This amount is equivalent to your 1st month’s rent.
