Getting to campus is just a 5-minute walk to McCamish Pavilion via an off-street pedestrian path! Or a 30-second walk to the GT Stinger Bus stop.

Fully furnished - each bedroom features a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and complete closet. Common areas include a sofa, coffee tables, dining chairs, patio, outdoor furniture, and a smart TV.

Preferences & Requirements:

  • Renters insurance is required. In most cases, the co-signers (parents) can add this to their homeowner’s policy for a minimal amount.
  • A deposit is required and not applicable to your first month’s rent. This amount is equivalent to your 1st month’s rent.
  • Co-signers are required since many students do not have the required credit scores. If you don't have a co-signer, your last month's rent is due at time of deposit.
