Yvonne FloresLeasing Specialist and Property Manager

In 2006, Yvonne earned her Real Estate Broker's license and created Westcliff Properties, a successful real estate and property management company located in the Artists Village of Downtown Santa Ana. Yvonne holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is a Notary Public, and also is approved by the DOJ as a Live Scan Fingerprint operator. Yvonne currently sits on the Board of Advisors for Downtown, Inc., one of two Business Improvement Districts in Santa Ana. She also serves as a Board Member for Community Engagement, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Additionally, she is also a Board member for the Santa Ana Lofts. Yvonne is also a member of the Orange County Realtors 2019/2020 Leadership Academy, and she is learning how to serve in a leadership role for the Orange County Realtors. Yvonne was humbled to be recognized as a Hispanic Lifestyle Latinas of Influence Honoree in April 2020.
