Vanessa MooreProperty Manager

Ms. Moore-Thomas began her real estate career in 2009, as an investor during the Great Recession. She and her partners acquired, renovated and leased small multi-family properties in both Washington, DC and Chicago, IL. Her passion for property management stems from a servant led perspective. She truly sees every client and tenant as an important customer worthy of world class service.

After relocating to Atlanta in 2016, Ms. Moore noticed the city’s rapid expansion and decided to capitalize on the momentum by forming The Park House Group (TPHG) with Tremayne Thomas. She currently manages THPG’s day-to-day office responsibilities, including the planning and overseeing of new marketing initiatives, preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) and organizational development. Vanessa also reviews potential or proposed acquisitions to ensure that they are a good fit strategically and financially for TPHG’s diverse client base.

Vanessa is an active member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta. On a personal note, whenever Vanessa isn’t working with clients or colleagues, you can find her walking on the Beltline Southside Trail with her husband or jetting off on an international trip.

Vanessa received her Bachelor of Science in Health Management from Howard University in Washington, DC and she is currently a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia.
