I provide marketing for properties from taking pictures, to completing the MLS listing and giving tours of the properties. Each property is provided with a contractor and Supra lock box while being marketed for ease of showing by other agents. Giving prospective tenants a list of the qualifications needed for an approved application means fewer declined applications and less wasted time for the team. Finding the right tenant will almost always take longer than leasing to the first applicant, but diligence in the beginning will make the relationship less complicated and easier. Documents included but not limited to the lease and check-in are completed accurately and shared promptly. Responding quickly to tenants needs lets them know that they are valued and appreciated, so that they are less frustrated when dealing with repairs. Keeping the owners up to date and in the loop is part of a well oiled machine that will make for a productive and profitable team.
