Tim has had his real estate license in Illinois for over fifteen years, and he has focused his career on leasing and property management. After receiving his undergraduate, Tim received his MBA with a concentration in real estate and marketing. He spent part of his career doing construction management and rehabbing, where he oversaw the renovation of newly purchased multi-unit rental properties, as well as leased and managed them once they were complete. He also own rental properties himself, so he understands the needs of a landlord. Tim has a complete understanding and associated experience in all areas of real estate- leasing, sales, construction, and management. With a stable of reliable vendors who he is in consistent contact with for various projects, Tim makes the process smooth, instead of scrambling. He has over fifteen years of experience with walk-throughs, leasing, management, and fixing any headaches that come about as part of rental ownership.
