Born into a family of professional dancers in Qingdao, China. Tian Shuai arrived in the states in 2001 as a professional ballet dancer. He had worked with 3 world famous international ballet companies, which included 6 years with Joffrey Ballet in Chicago until his retirement from dancing in 2011. He also was a successful business owner and built a dog walking company with up to 20 walkers and over 200 clients for 10+ years. Tian is a person driven by passion, astute in his execution, and steadfast in his commitment.

Tian approaches his career in real estate with the same caliber of any of his passions; driven and unwavering. He is experienced with rental properties: he rented 121 apartments in 2021, and has been named one of Fulton Grace Realty top 10 rental agents for the past two years in a row. Tian has extensive experience working with landlords, assisting his landlord clients leasing out their multi-unit properties, and also offer assistance when it comes to buying & selling investment properties as well. He is responsive, detail oriented and dedicated to his clients.
