I have worked in real estate along the Oregon Coast since 2006 in Lincoln City. I have experience in helping my clients buy and sell real estate between Astoria and Florence, covering the northern half of the Oregon Coast. I've worked in offices that provide property management for long term rentals and feel very comfortable with the process; I am a principal broker in Oregon so I have education on rental rules and laws for the State. I also have extensive experience in short term rentals in Oregon.

My family and I love living on the Oregon Coast, the weather is really mild most the year with normal temperatures around the mid-upper 60's pretty much year round. Hiking and exploring up and down Hwy 101 is some of my favorite activities and heading into Portland or Salem for an event is an easy 1-2 hour drive.
