I work with many investors and in fact, own my own rental properties. I treat each property as if it were within my own portfolio advising clients on their properties from where their best investments are to how to select the best tenant for their individual property, keep them advised on how to avoid litigation and keep them, their families and their portfolio of properties safe from litigation. We offer a property management platform that reduces the fees to the Landlord while still helping to facilitate the needs of the Tenants. There are three different levels providing great service to the home and Landlord by helping to maintain the condition of the investment and ultimately protecting the Landlord's pocket book.
