I have managed residential and commercial properties for myself and others for over 30 years. Many of my tenants have been for over 10 years as as occupants. Have not had any horror stories, but I have heard about many from over all of the years that I have been in rental properties. My degree is in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. I am a private licensed pilot and used to have part ownership in a single engine plane called a warrior Also a PADI certified diver and sailor. (Haven't had much time for any of those recently). I am divorced with 2 daughters in their late teens. I attend church regularly. Like to have a cold beer occasionally.
