I started my leasing and property management career by helping a family member with their rental units. I began my real estate career in 2005 and started Good Patriot Realty ("GPR") in 2021. We are a small boutique brokerage that offers one on one specialized service unique to the individual client. I offer end to end services that include helping with prepping your property for leasing, advertising, showing, tenant screening, leasing, and management.

I grew up in San Jose CA and went to San Jose State University where I graduated with a degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration. I worked in the state and local tax arena with the State of California and at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche before transitioning into real estate. My love for providing service and solving complex business problems made real estate a natural fit for me as a second career. I love helping people attain the American dream of home ownership and building generational wealth.
