Past experience working as a Property Management for a major corporation in Oakland CA, with over 375 tenants placed is where it all started. Then from there we have worked with clients who has purchased investment properties, clients over seas that own properties and clients here locally that just don't want the hassle of dealing with clients face to face.

We take the hassle of prospecting, screening, lease execution and move in off your hands. If you are looking for monthly management that is also something that could be done with our premium package that we offer.
