Adriana and Roberto Castillo are experienced investor advisors with a wealth of knowledge and experience in rental management. Both have their Juris Doctor degrees but more importantly have been heavily involved in rental investment management over the past 14 years.

Adriana and Roberto started acquiring single family rentals in 2011 for a large private equity firm and played key roles in amassing a portfolio of 4K homes (~1B AUM) across 8 different markets in 7 difference states (CA, TX, AZ, IL, TN, FL, GA). We initially utilized local property managers in each market but as we gained scale to 3,500 homes in 2015, we built and ran a centralized investment management company, Streetlane Homes.

In 2019, Streetlane Homes was acquired by Roofstock. Within Streetlane, we systemized and operationalized every aspect of the investment management cycle from acquisitions, renovations, property management, asset management, and dispositions. For property management specifically, we led teams of individuals who focused on top line revenue (resident relations / customer success, leasing, renewals, and ancillary income) and expense management (repair and maintenance, turn costs, and capital expense) decision makers.

We are now offering our services and experience to select investors in the greater Bay Area to help maximize NOI (Net Operating Income) and alleviate the pain points of self management or inefficient management. We believe in building a symbiotic relationship between our residents and our investor clients. At the end of the day, while it is "our house, it becomes your home".
