Being a Texas native and an Air Force Retiree with multiple combat deployments, I bring a high level of discipline, focus, work ethic and integrity to my vocation. I deployed in support of Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve and Freedom’s Sentinel military operations. Throughout my travels, I gained experience on a wide range of economic factors that impact housing across multiple locations and socio-economic environments.

As an entrepreneur, I have fifteen years of experience as a real estate investor and property manager, which enhanced my skills as a seasoned real estate negotiator with a strong focus in the San Antonio area. Through ownership and successful management of multiple investment properties, I gained specialized experience and I’m willing to share my knowledge and processes to establish a lifelong and prosperous relationship while building long term wealth for my clients.

Given my military and private sector professional experience, I have a proven record in establishing policies and business organizations. I have first-hand knowledge in establishing reliable process structure setups, evaluations, and supervision to maximize productivity and effectively accomplish established goals.

Along with my real estate license, I have two associate’s degrees in information resource management and communication application technology, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in web development. In my leisure time, I enjoy exploring and researching new investment opportunities, traveling to new places, wine tasting, DIY projects, and spending quality time with my beautiful wife Karla and two kids Rafael and Kaitlyn.
