I help owners with finding and placing qualified tenants. I can also coordinate to make the house move-in ready, screen tenants, prepare the lease via the Florida Association of Realtors lease, and help with the move-in inspection. When the tenants are moving out, I can help with that move out inspection. I have a vetting list of service professionals to make your turnover coordination smooth.

I own and manage my own rental portfolio and 20 others. For my clients, I help with the tenant placement, although I don't typically do property management.
