About Rakeen

I have a few years managing a few properties. I have been blessed to work with my parents in their own real estate journey. Watching them find properties, manage properties and fix and flips. They gave me the opportunity to manage some properties in which my duties included marketing the properties online, managing the tenant and application process, to managing rent payments, and managing move out process. In addition, I am responsible for managing cleaning and finding contractors to fix any maintenance issues in the homes. I am 29 years old and I now am married. Prayerfully, I will be starting a family soon with my wife. I spent my years in school graduating from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. I received Bachelors of Science in Sport Management in 2017. Other interests and hobbies include traveling, spending time with my family, working out and playing basketball from time to time.
