Since 2006, I have honed my skills to become a well-respected REALTOR in my community. To do that, I determined to completely understand my client's objective as a Buyer or Seller. I provided relevant and timely information to help clients make informed decisions whether buying or selling real estate. Over time, I built a network of reliable resources including mortgage loan lenders, home inspections, home warranties, title companies and vendors. Then, I added property management as an extension of my services for a client who inadvertently became an investor, which led to me doing the same thing for another client, after his second home purchase with me as his Buyer's Agent. In March 2020, as we headed into the COVID 19 shutdown, I launched my own property management company -- ABOVE PAR REAL ESTATE SERVICES, which serves 2-4 multi-family units and single-family homes. Starting with 3 properties, two of which I managed for my former Broker, ABOVE PAR now manages 8 units. With the same passion as in serving my real estate clients, I look to how I can better serve renters and landlords. With that in mind, I partnered with local housing agencies to align landlords with those in need of affordable, sustainable, and safe housing. But, with the assurance of needs being met on both sides as ABOVE PAR will manage the property, freeing the landlord of daily and monthly activities, and responding to the needs of the tenants.
