In 2013 Nicholas Swiatkowski and Bryan Welch started purchasing property with just $3,000. Since then they have turned that initial investment into fourteen luxury rental properties in Washington, Tennessee, Florida & Alabama. They have always followed one simple rule, to never rent a property that they wouldn't live in. It is this commitment to excellence that sets Swiatkowski Welch Properties apart from its competitors.

Swiatkowski Welch Properties was established in February of 2015 after Nicholas and Bryan partnered to create a company that strives to create the best renting experience. The original idea that grew into Swiatkowski Welch Properties started on the campus of Bradley University in 2011 during its annual Project Springboard Business Plan Competition, where Swiatkowski Welch Properties was named a finalist. ​ Nicholas is a 2012 graduate of Bradley University and a 2019 graduate of Louisiana State University Shreveport where he earned his MBA. He also serves in the United States Navy. Bryan is a 2011 graduate of the University of Iowa and serves in the United States Army. Both have deployed overseas. Nicholas and Bryan have also both served in numerous volunteer roles within their communities and enjoy spending time with their dogs Ezra and Pee Wee.
