We also specialize in working with new investors - helping to educate based on individual investment plans and goals.

We manage both short term and long term rental properties anywhere from the St Petersburg area to the Orlando area, servicing all cities in between. With a well established team of maintenance workers, housekeepers, pool companies, landscaping companies and pest companies, you can rest assured that your property will be well taken care of. I am also a real estate investor having closed my first deal in 2014. I have since acquired 8 properties including: single family homes, multifamily homes, condos, commercial property and land which is now being developed. I manage both short-term and long-term rentals.
