Mina is a founding member of the Mentorship Masters Group who have sold more than 1000 houses. Mina Slaughter has been a native Texan since birth. After graduating from The University of Texas, San Antonio, with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Mina decided to take the next step and follow her passion for helping other people. She pursued a career in Property and Casualty Insurance as a state licensed adjuster at USAA; helping people who were dealing with the harsh realities of total losses and fatalities. She also worked as a Financial Analyst in a Multi-Billion Dollar mutual funds company Alliance Bernstein.

Mina always had a passion for Real Estate, and finally decided it was time to embark on her journey of having a lifelong career as a Licensed REALTOR®. Mina understands the concerns facing buyers and sellers, having been on both sides of the transaction herself,and having assisted numerous clients to a successful outcome. She is a very detail-orientated, hard-working, and trustworthy individual. Mina always endeavors to give you the same quality of service that she would give to her own family; making you a part of hers, and making lifetime client relationships.

In her off time she volunteers time to the community, whether its dog walking at the shelter, or helping raise funds for non-profit organizations. She loves to craft wood in her spare time and anything outdoors such as fishing, kayaking, tubing, running, gardening, boating, visiting Hill Country wineries or watching her sons play sports and raise livestock.
