We provide access to payment information in real-time on our software portal and provide annual summaries for tax season. We are also able to pay the monthly Hawaii General Excise Tax on behalf of the owners.

We have a long history of working with potential investors seeking investment properties that maximize potential future returns. We are able to calculate a return on any selected property as well as research potential future issues that may impact future profits.
