Matt Phillips has been in the real estate industry for over 13 years. He is the Principal Broker of Gemstone Solutions which was born through Matt's realization of his passion to help homeowners accomplish their real estate dreams. Matt's wife, Megan, is also an employee of gemstone solutions as a realtor and accountant. Together they live in Williamson Co, TN with their four children. They enjoy spending time exploring the outdoors of Mid Tennessee as a family.
