Marguerita Harding is an experienced property manager who has been providing full-service property management services for over 15 years. In addition to her full-service offerings, Marguerita also provides a-la-carte services for those who wish to manage their properties themselves. The majority of her clients reside outside the state of Maryland, where her business is based.

In addition to her property management work, Marguerita is also a seasoned real estate agent who has been serving the Southern Maryland area for over 16 years. She is deeply involved in her community and volunteers her time as a Charles County Master Gardener, Girl Scout Adult volunteer, and Land Steward with the Patuxent Tidewater Land Trust.

Marguerita has a passion for gardening and spends much of her free time tending to her garden. She also enjoys watching her chickens roam around her yard and have fun. With her extensive experience in property management and real estate, as well as her dedication to her community, Marguerita is a valuable asset to her clients and the Southern Maryland area.
