Logan grew up in Ethel, Louisiana. He graduated from Nicholls State University with dual degrees in Finance and Accounting. After working in public accounting, consulting and operations, he moved to real estate to leverage his service and operational experience. He started the team Madewood Homes with his wife, Jami, who is also a licensed Realtor. Together, they work hard to provide professional guidance and tailored service to Buyers, Sellers and Investors across the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Part of the tailored service provided to Investors is leasing and month-to-month management. Logan believes in a complete hands-off approach for his Investor clients, taking care of screening, showing, coordinating initial repairs, initiating lease signings, coordinating move in, handling payments, repair requests, inspections and lease renewals. He strives to provide an amazing experience for tenants as well to prevent turnover, taking care of repairs promptly and with trusted local vendors. In the worst case scenario, Logan also handles evictions.
