I'm a SWFL native, born and raised in Charlotte County, currently residing in North Port. My path to becoming a REALTOR was curvy and long; it began with a long career in office management while I attended USF Tampa to earn my BS in Biomedical Science. Yes, I know what you're thinking: how in the world did I start as a science major and end up in real estate? To sum this winding journey up, my passion was always entrepreneurship. My goals in achieving a BS in a science-related field was primarily in an effort to enroll in dental school to earn my DMD and, subsequently, run a dental office, with the goal of eventually retiring early with enough income saved to invest in real estate! How backwards my life plan was! To make a long story short, once my son was born my senior year, my priorities abruptly changed, as babies tend to inspire, and I realized life is to short, and time to precious to waste. Why not simply get into the real estate business now? And here I am! Once I earned my license and began working as REALTOR, I was instantly drawn to two specialties: 1. Working with first-time home buyers through the often complicated and overwhelming process of owning a home. and 2. Acting as the "matchmaker" between investors who are seeking renters, and renters who are seeking housing. Unfortunately, the real estate profession is severely lacking knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate professionals who fill this much needed position in this country. As such, I have dedicated my entire career to doing both. I am a buyer's agent/specialist, working exclusively with home buyers, and a leasing/property management professional. I do so for one primary reason: I am passionate about it! My goal is to be your trusted, local, knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent and expert in buying and property management. Home buying and renting, as a landlord or tenant, should be exciting, fun, and joyful! My job is to take the stress out of it all and let you simply enjoy the fun parts!
