I've lived in the South Puget Sound for more than 30 years and have moonlighted as an investor for the past several years. I've been a business analyst consultant for many years so I'm organized and attentive to details, comfortable with people from a variety of backgrounds, an attentive listener, and a clear communicator - whether online/text, on the phone, or in person. I am happy to use my skills, contacts, and resources to support others in reaching their goals, and working on resolving issues when problems arise!! My husband works in the trades and we built our own home, have built an ADU, and have done many renovation projects together - including two whole house renovations on century homes in Tacoma - so I'm familiar with construction, permitting, and repair work. I'm a licensed Realtor and am also happy to assist with real estate investment purchase or sales. I'm direct and honest, but polite and professional. I look forward to working with you!
