Commercial leasing is fun and challenging because you need to understand the business and the owner's requirements to find the right location to be successful. Most agents won't spend the time to work with residential rentals; however, I think it's important to provide my service and experience as it can be awkward for renters dealing with an owner and vice versa, sort of like a first date.
