I have 5 years in the real estate industry. I manage rental properties for others as well as for myself. I am part owner of a construction company and have managed the renovation of both single family and multi family properties needing varying degrees of work. I have a strong network of home repair and maintenance processionals . My family owns a local lumber yard and hardware store, my dad was a master carpenter, several of my seven brothers are master plumbers, one of them does excavation and septic work, so for all my life home management and repairs have been largely intertwined in my life. Those connections serve me well. I spent 25 years in the hospitality industry, a good number of this years managing high level events. I understand and embrace service, a quality that is certainly benefits me in the role of property management.
