Golden Bear Management was established in 2019. The owner, Julie McIntire, has worked in the Real estate industry for over 10 years and has experience in Property Sales, HOA boards and Property Management for thousands of units.

She graduated from the University of Michigan with degrees in sociology & communication and moved her family back to California in 2008 where she earned her Real Estate Sales Person License. Although she worked for many years in the real estate industry and loved the work, she wanted to establish her own company so she could be more in control of the overall operation of the company and ensure client satisfaction. She then got her Real Estate Broker License in 2019 and started her own Property Management Company.
