I started out in real estate 12 years ago working for a real estate and property management company that managed over 200 properties. Since then I have specialized in real estate and leasing services and have since added property management. I have always enjoyed helping people find what they are looking for and even help friends find a car, computer or whatever they need that requires research so real estate and property management has been such a great fit. I enjoy helping investors maximize their profit and reduce headaches and stress of the day to day management. I have also learned dealing with many potential and placed tenants that acquiring well qualified tenants is crucial to having as smooth of a process as possible during the lease. Well qualified tenants are much more likely to pay their rent on time and take better care of the home, more like it was their own.
