I am a Licensed Real Estate and Leasing Advisor in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding areas (Department of Real Estate CA #01462539), I received my license in 2008 and have been assisting sellers and buyers with their housing needs. My specialize niche is with first time homebuyers and buyers or tenant relocation. I work with property owners on assisting them with finding a qualified and able prospective tenant to rent their unit for short or long term. I have been assisting my family with property management on their small business ventures. I have an abundance of vendors and referrals my clients can counts on for their real estate needs. On my spare time, I love taking my family out to eat all over the Bay Area and repair items that are deferred maintenance. I also love to perform remodeling projects for the units that my family owns throughout the years.
