Currently serving all of Nassau County for buying, selling and renting. Our specialty is property management geared towards college housing and residential rentals. We currently have a rental portfolio of forty five to fifty residential units under management. These units are single and multi family housing around three hundred tenants. We take pride in running a full scale management company but that's only a portion of what we do. We have many other branches of our business that gives a different perspective when it comes too renting. We have a passion for finding distressed properties and helping the owners from start to finish with remodeling or building from the ground up. Our experience and insight help facilitate a very simple and streamlined process for any home. We work with owners from day 1 to maximize the properties potential. This is from demolition to the reconstructing of a house or just a basic redesign. We feel by putting in the prepared approach to getting a property ready for rent will maximize the most return for an owner. This has an adverse effect by attracting the most top tiered tenants and tenant retention is key in this business. Tenants have a relief working with a company that cares for their safety as priority one but also wants to offer the best accommodations while working with a fair current market rent.
