After earning a degree in finance from The University of Iowa Jim Streff pursued his career in residential real estate in 2012. Jim grew up on Chicago's northwest side in and his spent his life exploring all of the neighborhoods in Chicago. Jim loves Chicago for its uniqueness and all it offers to its residents. He loves showing and selling homes throughout the city.

Jim is focused on building long lasting relationships with his clients (his business is almost all client referrals!). He is committed to having clear and consistent communication and makes himself available to clients at all times. As a result, Jim has closed over $65 million in sales and continues to see growth year over year. Jim's clients have described him knowledgeable, accommodating, and communicative.
