We off we full service property management if the owner wants to be completely hands off or we can just lease the property and let the owner mange themselves. Finding the correct and qualified tenant is the most important aspect of leasing any property. We screen all applicants by doing credit, background and criminal checks. We also verify rental and employment history by contacting the applicants current employer and landlord. If we are just leasing the property for the owner, we will collect all the applicants financial and personal information and let the owner decide which tenant fits best. If the owner is chosen the full service management option, we will decide on which applicant is accepted.
