Jenny Chaidez began her sales career in Las Vegas when she was hand-chosen by the developer of Panorama Towers in 2005 to be part of sales team. Jenny became one of the leading sales agents where she successfully closed nearly everyone of her original sales transactions. After the successful closings of all units, Jenny began representing original Panorama Towers buyers’ in resale transactions and was top producer in that capacity.

In 2009, Jenny became the manager of the resale division at Panorama Towers. During this time Jenny became a specialist in the foreclosure and short sale market where she negotiated & settled hundreds of mortgages, property liens, judgements, removed IRS and HOA liens. She established herself as one of the Top negotiators and agents with the leading Banks.

With her vast knowledge and her excellent negotiating skills Jenny and her husband opened up their own Real Estate Firm NEXT LEVEL REALTY.

Jenny and her husband Marco Chaidez are recognized as one of TOP producing short sale and foreclosure agents in Las Vegas. They were nominated in the TOP 250 LATINO REALTORS NATIONWIDE in 2012 and 2013 and recently were recognised in THE TOP 50 REALTORS BY SHORT SALE PRODUCTION IN NEVADA. They were also nominated as one of the TOP 25 Latino Realtors in Nevada and received recognition certificates from Senator Harry Reid and Governor Brian Sandoval. Jenny was just nominated in 2019 by GLVAR as one of the TOP 40 agents under the age of 40.

Jenny is also a Broker in California, She owns NEXT LEVEL REAL ESTATE SERVICES located in Orange County, CA. She is the go to Broker for Investors and has extensive Knowledge in finding distressed sales.
