My grandmother use to bake biscuits and I was the only grandson who was interested in learning. So one weekend we worked and worked to get biscuits ready for church on Sunday. So every batch was picture perfect except one. Those biscuits where flat. So I asked. Grandma what happened to those biscuits grandma. She said well those biscuits squatted to rise. But unfortunately they got cooked in the squat. Don’t get cooked in the squat chose the right person. It’s a feeling not words on a profile.
