My wife and I are a real estate team and work closely together. She has had 10 years of property management experience. After taking time to focus on residential sales for a few years we have reopened working on property management. We are excited for this venture to take off and serve our clients with the same excellent service we provide to our residential sales customers, as well as, help our clients take on the dream of owning an investment property.

We also take good care of our tenants with respectful communication, attentive response to questions, issues or problems that arise. One day if the opportunity would arise we would be honored to offer you the same excellent service we give our owners in purchasing a home!

We serve all of San Diego County but emphasize North County, including San Marcos, Escondido, Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside, and Encinitas.

We live in San Marcos, CA with our 3 children, enjoy the parks and trails surrounding our area, getting to the beach, wineries, and the wonderful parks/gardens around like Safari Park, Lego Land, Botanical Gardens, etc.
