Graduating with two degrees, one in Real Estate and a dual in Finance from California State University of San Bernardino, he went on to work in managerial positions and got licensed as a tax advisor and insurance agent, overseeing multiple offices and employees in various roles within the industries. Coupled with a background in obtaining income producing properties, he extends his expertise regarding tax benefits and their implications relating to realty as well as strong marketing and negotiation skills towards adding value to each transaction.
