We managed our first property 14 years ago. Early in our career as investors, we suffered from poorly managed properties that eventually lead to foreclosures. We used this failure as inspiration to help future landlords avoid the pitfalls that we succumbed to as young investors. Our transparent and investor friendly pricing model allows owners to properly budget for expenses. In addition to ensuring profitable outcomes for our investors, we are also resident oriented.
