After serving 6 years in the Air Force and earning a degree in Urban Planning I began my journey in Real Estate in Property Management. I worked in some of the toughest places in Southern California, helping owners earn big returns on high risk investments. After several years in role as Property Manager I moved to help build a new property management company. This included refining policies, procedures and every aspect of management with the sole focus on our one and only client the landlord. After 3 years in this position and growing from a 300 door to 1000 door management company my life changed when my wife was pregnant with our daughter Hailey, and priorities changed as well. Being perfected through the gauntlet that is California property management, we decided to move to Idaho and raise our family here. I can now use what I've learned and apply it in a state that allows me more freedoms to protect my landlord clients.
